RIGHT VALVE OPEN, THERMAL ANTI-ICE VALVE REMAINS ON IN FLIGHT, SWITCH IN OFF POSITION.   REMOVED AND REPLACED RIGHT WING ANTI-ICE SHUTOFF VALVE IAW B737 AMM 30-11-11, OPS CHECK GOOD NO DEFECTS NOTED.
