LANDING GEAR LEVER WOULD NOT GO UP WHILE ON TAKEOFF DURING RETRACTION.  ADJUSTED MAIN GEAR AIR / GROUND CABLE IAW AMM 32-21-11. PERFORMED OPS CHECK IAW AMM 32-21-11. PERFORMED GEAR SWING SYSTEM OPS CHECK NORMAL.
