TRIM INOPERATIVE IN NOSE DOWN POSITION, FUNCTIONED PROPERLY AFTER FLIGHT DIRECTORS WERE RECYCLED.  PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF STAB TRIM CONTROL SWITCH IAW AMM 27-41-97, OPS CHECK GOOD.  NO DEFECTS NOTE.
