AT RETRACTION OF LANDING GEAR,  LEVER WOULD NOT GO PAST OFF, USED QRH LEVER WOULD NOT MOVE AFTER TAKEOFF SECTION 14.18.  R & R LOCK LANDING GEAR SOLENOID IAW AMM 32-31-31, OPS CHECK GOOD NO DEFECTS NOTED.
