## Discrepancy

PROPELLER GOVERNOR HIGH RPM LIMIT FAILED CAUSING ENGINE OVERSPEED SYSTEM TO RETARD THE ENGINE POWER.  PILOT SHUT DOWN ENGINE AS A PRECAUTION AND PERFORMED A NORMAL LANDING AT THE INTENDED DESTINATION.
