DESCENDING, PILOT SELECTED ICE VANES EXTENDED AND ONLY THE LT ONE EXTENDED.  PULLED CIRCUIT BREAKER AND SLOWED AIRCRAFT AND EXTENDED RT ICE VANE WITH THE MANUAL EXTENSION HANDLE.  REPLACED RT ICE VANE ACTUATOR MOTOR.  (K)
