## Discrepancy

THE LT STARTER WOULD NOT ROTATE ENGINE.  MX TROUBLESHOT AND FOUND STARTER/GENERATOR INOPERATIVE.  REPLACED WITH O/H UNIT AND ENGINE STARTED ON NEXT ATTEMPT.
