## Discrepancy

CLIMBING THROUGH 14000 FT IN THE CLOUDS WITH W/S HEAT ON, OAT-5C PILOTS WINDSHIELD OUTER PLY CRACKED ACROSS ENTIRE WINDSHIELD.  RETURNED TO AIRPORT AND LANDED.  REPLACED WINDSHIELD, NO OTHER DAMAGE NOTED.
