## Discrepancy

AMP METER DOES NOT MOVE TILL REACHES 65, THEN PEGS OUT TOO FAR RT SIDE THEN COMES BACK SLOWLY TO REGULAR VOLTAGE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED.
