## Discrepancy

CHAFED CONTROL TUBE, WEAR SLEEVE WORN THRU, FURTHER INSPECTION OF TUBE FOUND WEAR TO BE WITHIN LIMITS.  REPLACED ROD WITH SERVICEABLE UNIT.  NEW HEATSHRINK OR WEAR SLEEVES INSTALLED.
