DURING INSPECTION OF TAIL ROTOR CONTROL ROD, FOUND ELASTOMERIC BEARING HAD FAILED.  INNER BUSHING HAD BECOME UNBONDED, SHIFTED FULLY TO ONE SIDE (NOT CENTERED).
