## Discrepancy

SHORTLY AFTER TAKE OFF THE RT ENGINE ROLLED BACK CLIMBING THROUGH 3000 FT.  FOUND RT ENGINE WITH COMPRESSOR FOD.  REPLACED RT ENGINE WITH SERVICEABLE ENGINE.
