LEFT UPPER DECK EMERGENCY DOOR/SLIDE BATTERY WILL NOT TEST.  REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT UPPER DECK BATTERY PACK CHARGER PER B747-400 AMM 52-23-14 CHECKS GOOD.
