## Discrepancy

FIRE WARNING BELL AND MASTER WARNING DURING CLIMB OUT. NO FIRE LIGHTS OR EICAS.  REMOVED AND REPLACED 1AD04 CARGO FIRE AFT DIODE CIRCUIT CARD ASSY IAW KA AMM 26-10-01. PERFORMED OPS TEST IAW KA B747-400 AMM 26-16-10. OPS TEST GOOD. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
