100371541: REACHING OUR CRUISING ALT OF 33,000' AND IN LEVEL FLT FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES WE GOT ENG 4 OIL FILT EICAS. DURING THAT CHECKLIST AND MONITORING THE ENG SYNOPTIC. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED AND REPLACED #4 ENG IAW B747-400 AMM 71-00-02. ACCOMPLISHED ALL ASSOCIATED TEST IAW B747-400 AMM 71-00-00 WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. SEE TASK CARD 71-001-00-00/ITEM 1 AND REF. M44 FOR ORIGINAL SIGNATURES FOR WORK PERFORMED.
