## Discrepancy

FLAPS STUCK AT 5 DEGREES DURING TAKEOFF.  DECLARED EMERGENCY.  RETURNED TO HNL.  REMOVED AND REPLACED FLAP POSITION INDICATOR.  GROUND OPERATION CHECKED GOOD.
