CREW REPORTED LT MLG, SLOW TO LOCK DOWN, RECYCLED LG, LOCKED DOWN AFTER RECYCLE.  MX FOUND INBD DOWNLOCK SWITCH OUT OF ADJUSTMENT.  CLEANED, LUBED & ADJUSTED.  GND TESTED GOOD.
