ACFT WAS INBOUND AT CRUISE.  E2 ALTERNATOR WAS FLICKERING ON OFF LINE MULTIPLE TIMES AND FAILED.  E1 ALTERNATOR FAILED AFTER E2.  PILOT LOST ELECTRICAL POWER AND LANDED.
