BFL - AFTER TAKEOFF, GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT.  LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT FERRIED TO ONT FOR MAINTENANCE.  MAINTENANCE FOUND NOSE GEAR UPLOCK SWITCH SHORTED.  REMOVED AND REPLACED SWITCH ASSEMBLY PER MM 32-60-30.  (X)
