DURING SCHEDULED C6 INSPECTION IAW JOB CARD HC5323, FOUND LT MLG FS 557 UPPER BOW BEAM OUTER TEE CAP CRACKED AT WL 232, LBL 67.  REPLACED TEE CAP IAW DWG 372332 AND SRM SMP 583 51-70.  NR 0384.
