## Discrepancy

FLIGHT CREW REPORTED NORMAL BRAKE SYSTEM FAILURE ON GROUND TAXI PANC.  MAINTENANCE FOUND LT AFT ANTI-SKID TRANSDUCER HARNESS WIRE CHAFED AND SHORTED TO GROUND.  REPAIRED IAW SMP581 32-42.
