## Discrepancy

DURING SCHEDULED FLIGHT, PULLED THROTTLES BACK TO NEAR ZERO,  ZERO TORQUE, NR 4 ENGINE FLAMED OUT.  TIGHTENED LINES AT SPEED SENSE VALVE AND FILTER. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
