DURING P4-LAS SCHEDULED C-3 CHECK WHILE PERFORMING OTHER MAINTENANCE, FOUND THE FS 245/FS 245.0E 25K TIEDOWN FITTING PILOT HOLES MISALIGNED WITH EXISTING FASTENER HOLES IN BULKHEAD WEB, LBL 22.75, WL 146.  REPAIR BY REPLACEMENT ACCOMPLISHED, IAW LOCKHEED SMP583 SRM, CH 51-60 & 51-70 NR 1000324555.
