DURING SCHEDULED FLIGHT WHEN GEAR WAS SELECTED UP, NOSE GEAR SHOWED IN TRANSIT.  AN EMERGENCY WAS DELARED AND FUEL DUMPED.  / NOSE LANDING GEAR UPLOCK AND UPLOCK SWITCH CLEANED.
