DURING SCHEDULED C-3 CHECK UNDER JOB CARD HC5511, FOUND HORIZONTAL STAB LOWER SKIN PANEL INTERIOR MATTING SURFACE TO THE BULKHEAD CAP CORRODED AT FS 1066, RBL 30 TO RBL 33.  REPAIR BY REPLACEMENT ACCOMPLISHED IAW SRM 51-60 & 51-70.
