## Discrepancy

NR 3 ENGINE SHUTDOWN ON TAKEOFF AT 1633Z DUE TO RAPID FLUCTUATIONS IN TIT AND ENGINE RPM.  REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 3 SPEED SENSE VALVE IAW N75-02, OPS NORMAL.
