NR 2 ENG SHUTDOWN DUE TO RPM FOLLOWING POWER LEVER POSITION.  REMOVED AND REPLACED NTS VALVE IAW N ITEM CARD N61-13 AND ALSO, REMOVED AND REPLACED PITCHLOCK VALVE IAW N ITEM CARD N61-13.  OPS AND LEAK CHECK NORMAL.
