## Discrepancy

DURING APPROACH, PILOT ENCOUNTERED A NR 1 ENGINE OIL TEMPERATURE INDICATION.  A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING WAS MADE. MECHANIC  DISCOVERED THAT THE NR 1 ENGINE OIL BYPASS VALVE WAS DEFECTIVE. A NEW VALVE WAS INSTALLED PROVIDING A RTS FOR THE AIRCRAFT
