## Discrepancy

PILOT PERFORMED A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING FOR SMOKE IN THE CABIN AFTER LIFTING OFF WITH A PATIENT ON BOARD.  MECHANIC PERFORMED EXTENSIVE TROUBLESHOOTING ON MULTIPLE SYSTEMS AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE DURING OPS CHECK RUN.  NO DISCREPANCY NOTED.
