## Discrepancy

DURING MANDATED PRE-START,  STAR ARM END BUSHING ADHESIVE BOND INSPECTION IAW MFG SB.,  BY A QUALIFIED PILOT, ONE OF THREE STAR ARM BUSHINGS HAD A SLIPPAGE MARK MISALIGNMENT.  MAINTENANCE PERSONEL CONFIRMED BUSHING BOND FAILURE.  STARFLEX REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH NEW PART.
