## Discrepancy

DURING ROUTINE INSP A CRACK IN THE YELLOW BLADES FREQUENCY ADAPTER WAS FOUND TO EXCEED THE MM 10MM LIMITATION, CRACK WAS FOUND ON THE T/E SIDE OF THE ADAPTER.  (K)
