DURING ROUTINE INSPECTION 1 OF 3 FREQUENCY ADAPTERS FOUND TO HAVE A CRACK IN THE ELASTOMER NEARING ITS MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE LIMITATION OF 10MM.  A NEW KIT OF 3 MATCHED ADAPTERS WERE INSTALLED.
