## Discrepancy

Fuel leak RH Wing coming from Top of Wing 2nd manhole cover from Fuselage.  No Flight interruption.  Maintenance removed, cleaned and reinstalled panel 621BT.  All checks good IAW SF340 MM Chap. 28.
