DURING FLIGHT 3641, AIR LOW PRESSURE ON YELLOW HYDRAULIC SYSTEM ILLUMINATED.  AIR RETURN  TO MSP.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED PSI REGULATOR VALVE.  OPS CHECK GOOD.
