CREW RETURNED FOLLOWING ENGINE NR 3 OVERSPEED CONDITION.  EMERGENCY DECLARED AND ENGINE SHUT DOWN.  REPLACED OVERSPEED CONTROLLER, HMA AND DOWNLOADED FADAMS.
