MSP - DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, LEFT FUSELAGE CONSTANT SECTION LOWER BELT FRAME AT FS 174.06 WAS FOUND CRACKED.  REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED BY FABRICATING AND INSTALLING A DOUBLER IAW FAC ARP 53-20-9148.  (X)
