FLT 3177 - ON CLIMB-OUT FROM DTW, THE FIRST OFFICERS WIPER BLADE DETACHED FROM THE WINDSCREEN.  THE AIRCRFT RETURNED TO DTW.  MAINTENANCE RESECURED THE FIRST OFFICERS WIPER BLADE.  SECURITY CHECK WAS SATISFACTORY.  (W)
