MSP - DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION, THE RT I/B WING TO NACELLE LOWER TRANSIT ANGLE HAD LOOSE RIVETS.   REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED BY REPLACING THE ANGLE IAW FAC ARP 54-20-9101.  (W)
