DTW - FLT 3418 - UPON CLIMBOUT, THE PILOT'S SIDE WINDOW SEAL CAME LOOSE.  THE AC RETURNED TO DTW.  MAINTENANCE RESEALED THE WINDOW SEAL.  ALL CHECKS SATISFACTORY.  (W)
