DURING A WALKAROUND INSPECTION IN MSP, MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL NOTED A CRACK IN THE LOWER END RIB OF THE FORE RUDDER.  THEY REPLACED RIB IAW SRM 51-40-00.  (M)
