DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION IN MSP, INSPECTORS NOTED A CRACK IN THE RIGHT WING SKIN AT WS 66.584.  MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL FABRICATED AND INSTALLED AN EXTERNAL DOUBLER OVER THE CRACK.  (M)
