## Discrepancy

DURING A SHEDULED INSPECTION IN MSP, MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL NOTED DAMAGE TO THE BAGGAGE DOOR SKIN.  THEY REPAIRED THE DAMAGE BY FABRICATING AND INSTALLING AN EXTERNAL DOUBLER IAW DHC RD8-52-207.  (M)
