## Discrepancy

DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION MSP, MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL NOTED A CRACK IN THE FUSELAGE FRAME AT FS 174.  THEY STOP DRILLED THE CRACK AND FABRICATED AND INSTALLED A REPAIR DOUBLER IAW FAC SRM 53-90-20.  (M)
