DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION IN MSP, MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL NOTED A CRACK IN THE RIGHT FLAP OUTBOARD END NOSE RIB.  THEY REPLACED THE OUTBOARD END NOSE RIB IAW FAC SRM 57-90-60.  (M)
