DURING SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE IN MSP, MAINTENANCE NOTED A FUSELAGE CONSTANT SECTION SKIN CRACK AT FS 227.271.  REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED BY INSTALLING A REPAIR DOUBLER IAW FAC SRM 51-50-02 AND ARP 51-70-9132.  (M)
