FLT 3024 - EN ROUTE FROM DTW TO MKG, THE CARGO DOOR PRIMARY AND SECONDARY WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED.  THE CREW PERFORMED QUICK REFERENCE PROCEDURES AND DIVERTED TO LAN.  MX REPLACED THE CARGO DOOR MAIN SPRING AND OVER CENTERING BELLCRANK HARDWARE.  (M)
