FLT 3420 - EN ROUTE FROM DTW, THE FLIGHT OFFICERS VOR, HEAD, CDI AND TO-FROM BECAME INOPERATIVE.  THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO DTW.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE NR 2 VHF NAV RECEIVER.  SYSTEM OPERATED SATISFACTORILY.  (M)
