## Discrepancy

FLT 3412 - AFTER TAKEOFF FROM MSP, THE CARGO DOOR ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED.  THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO MSP.  MAINTENANCE FOUND HANDLE NOT FULLY SECURED.  THE LATCH WAS CYCLED SEVERAL TIMES.  ALL CHECKS GOOD.  (M)
