FLT 2931 - OUTBOUND OF MSP, BATTERY FAULT LIGHT AND BOTH RIGHT AND LEFT DISCONNECT LIGHTS ILLUMINATED.  CREW FOLLOWED QUICK REFERENCE HANDBOOK AND COULD NOT RESET.  AIR TURNBACK TO MSP.
