## Discrepancy

DURING CLIMBOUT PASSING 11,000 FT, NR 1 PROP RPM WENT TO 0 THEN STARTED TO FLUCUATE.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO MSP WITHOUT INCIDENT.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED HARNESS ON NR 1 ENGINE, OPS CHECK GOOD.
